Mr. Hall’s 29 years of experience includes a strong background as Project Manager and Project Engineer managing engineering design for Universities, Health care, Government, and Industrial markets. Mr. Hall has developed quality control peer review processes for all disciplines to minimize project errors and streamline project efficiency. Mr. Hall has also been involved in developing and marketing new business and managing major clients.

As Project Manager and Lead Architect Mr. Proctor directs architectural and engineering activities for civic, commercial and industrial projects. He is past President of the Tennessee AIA, as well as the Knoxville Chapter of CSI. Mr. Proctor is President of the sister company of Proctor Hodge, a certified minority firm and TERRO Certified with the EBCI.
Michael D. Treadway

Mr. Treadway is responsible for the development of new business on behalf of the firm, maintain existing client contacts, promote potential client contacts and developing public relation programs. He is also responsible for maintaining all marketing material and web presence.
