Project Info
The Oneida Special School District is located in Scott County, and comprised of Oneida Elementary, Oneida Middle, and Oneida High School. The High and Middle schools are located in separate wings of the same building.
At the request of the school district, HODGE Engineering provided a detailed energy study with energy upgrades for lighting, HVAC, water conservation and controls. Anticipated savings for the school district is approximately $90,000 per year. In addition to the energy upgrades, the roof of each facility was evaluated at the request of the district.
HODGE Engineering provided the design for the recommended upgrades, including a new roof for each of the facilities. A TPO membrane design was selected, a roof type that has long lasting properties and higher reflectance than the existing roof.
